Le « Moar », le soi-disant administrateur du château, résidait dans le Moarstube. Le Moarstube est particulièrement spacieux et dégage une ambiance lumineuse et conviviale. Avec les fenêtres surdimensionnées, c’était une expression du statut et du prestige de la lande.
Un mélange de matériaux de vieux bois, de meubles légers faits à la main et de parquets de notre forêt de bouleaux, de laine de mouton du Tyrol oriental (dans les fissures des vieux plafonds en bois sombre), de lavabos en pierre dans les salles de bains et de verre assure le confort et le confort moderne. Les couleurs vert, bordeaux et marron foncé dominent l’appartement…
Une lampe de table extravagante en plusieurs parties sculptée à la main est le point culminant de l’appartement.
Il y a de belles vues sur le Grasberge et le Hohe Tauern ainsi que sur le jardin.
