Corpus Christi procession or “walk in the pillory”
This is a high religious holiday; After the service, all clubs move out to the procession (end around 12:00 p.m.), including the traditional women in their festive costumes, the farmers in lederhosen and dirndls, the riders and Schnalzer, the traditional music band, the fire brigade, the warriors and the rural youth . The first station of the procession is traditionally the Saalhof, we set up an altar and decorate it with fresh alpine roses and lilacs.
