The Saalhof can also look back on many years of experience in selling meat. what we are very proud of; In 1970, a separate slaughter room with a cold room was built, which is still approved by the EU today.

Without exception, our meat specialties come from animals that we raise and slaughter ourselves. The meat gets its special aroma and its spicy taste from the “summer freshness” of the animals on the alpine pasture.

Because we value customer service, we attach great importance to our service. Therefore we can build on a satisfied regular clientele, such as the Gasthof Wieshof in Zell am See… The majority of our meat, however, goes into private hands.
