- The prices are per day excl. Local tax (€ 1.20 per day and person aged 15 and over). Mobility fee € 0.50 from May 2025 per night and person.
- Small dogs are warmly welcomed, however, € 8,- per day will be charged for dachshund-sized dogs, all other dogs (€ 15,- per night)
- During the high season (July, August, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and February), a minimum stay of 1 week applies,with arrival day usually being Saturday.
- In the low season minimum stay 2 nights
- Check-in: from 16:00 – 22:00, later partially possible via self-check-in
- Check-out: from 6:00 -10:00 am
- only cash payment or advance bank transfer is possible on site

- To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 40%.
- The remaining amount must be transferred 2 weeks before arrival.

Our cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before departure, we only charge a processing fee of Euro 25,-.
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the arrangement price will be charged
- from 1 month 70% of the package price
- from 1 week 90 % of the package price will be charged.
- from 3 days before departure 100%
- Late arrival and early departure will be charged.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance! We will be happy to take out this insurance for you with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
